After a career break I was quite nervous about taking the first steps back into the world of work, in particular I felt as if I had missed out on loads of IT/technological/social media advances.
The Head Office team walked me through every step of the way and was always so positive and supportive. Anna – the founder & hands on MD - made me feel as though it was all very much within my capabilities and helped restore some of that confidence which sometimes disappears during a spell spent out of the workplace.
The training slots were arranged around my own childcare commitments which took that worry away and the pricing structure is flexible and manageable which makes taking the step less scary!
I am getting very busy with nursery and school work as well as running a preschool class during the week and a weekend class for 5-7 year olds. It is a very rewarding career and you see the children’s language ability develop before your eyes. I can’t imagine doing anything else now!
