And the adventures keep coming. Later this week, another group will jet off on a mentorship retreat to Japan, immersing themselves in a culture and destination that will set them apart as true travel experts.
Many agents say the overseas retreats are worth the franchise fee on their own. The training sessions are packed with insider tips that sharpen their industry knowledge, but just as powerful is the chance to rub shoulders with experienced colleagues whose success stories spark fresh motivation and prove what’s possible.
