The Creation Station scoops Best Website Award at the national Franchise marketing awards 2017.
The UK’s leading arts and crafts activity company The Creation Station scoops Best Website Award at the national Franchise marketing awards 2017 against some of the heaviest hitters in the industry.
The new website tackles some of the toughest technical challenges faced with franchising today including; a sophisticated booking system, all-encompassing business management system (called DaVinci) for Franchisee’s to run their local creative businesses as well as a diverse digital offering such as an online craft store, free resources for the public & powerful automation to save the whole franchise network time.
The website has enabled customers to book The Creation Station’s creative craft sessions for children and adults directly through the website, a triumph in the franchise industries notorious complex interface between franchisee and customer.
Within the first five months of going live, the website has attracted over 1,000,000 page views with a 53% increase in traffic and a 38% increase in bookings.
All of the above is a huge testament to Evosite, the development agency commissioned to build the new website who took the time to carefully consider all of the different people that access the website and their requirements.
Sarah Cressall, Founder & Managing Director of The Creation Station explains her company’s success:
"I’m thrilled that our website has obtained this prestigious award as it is continuing to significantly help our franchise owners connect with their local communities and saving them an enormous amount of time, this means they have more control over their working hours. Many of our network have said it has been a game changer for their business. The development has taken over two years and I’d like to thank everyone who has helped to create this cutting-edge business system for our whole team & our extended network who have provided constant feedback along the way."
The Creation Station plan to continue their ambitious efforts to conclude the second phase of their digital transformation project to become the UK’s #1 franchise online and further innovate to support their network of franchisees.
