Child & Family Coaching Training Franchise’
Build Your Own Coaching Training Business
Your experience. Your passion. Your business. Their qualifications, resources and support.
Have you ever wanted to use your professional experience, personal journey or passion for helping others to build a business that makes a real difference?
The Association of Child and Family Coaches® (ACFC) offers you the opportunity to establish your own training business, delivering specialist courses for people who want to support children and families.
You don't have to create courses, qualifications or learning materials from scratch. The ACFC has already developed the training programmes, resources and systems you need to get started.
Whether you're an experienced coach or educator, a parent whose experiences have inspired you to help others, or someone looking for a meaningful new business opportunity, an ACFC Licensed Training Partnership could be right for you.
Your Own Training Business, with Support from ACFC
As an ACFC Licensed Training Partner, you'll build your own audience, recruit learners and support them through their training, while benefiting from the educational resources and systems already developed by ACFC.

Your partnership includes:
-
Established training programmes: Level 3, Level 5 and Level 6 Child and Family Therapeutic Coaching qualifications.
-
Specialist courses: Including Therapeutic Play, Parent Coaching, Neurodiversity-Affirming and Trauma-Informed Family Coaching.
-
Ready-made learning resources: Curriculum, teaching materials and assessment resources are already developed.
-
Administrative support systems: Learner registration, certification and quality assurance processes.
-
Dedicated enrolment pages: Programme enrolment pages provided through ACFC.
-
Business support: Guidance to help you launch your training business, marketing resources and ongoing mentoring.
-
Training for you: Partner induction, professional development and assessor training.
Learners study mainly through flexible, self-paced online programmes. This means you can develop your training business without needing to organise fixed teaching groups or rely on learners starting at the same time.
You focus on building your business and supporting your learners. ACFC provides the training programmes, resources and systems to help you deliver them.
How Can You Earn Income?
The partnership operates on a per-learner payment model, so you earn a Partner Delivery Fee for each learner who enrols. There is no fixed monthly management fee.
For example, a Level 5 learner currently pays £2,180. The fees are calculated as follows:
-
Learner course fee: £2,180
-
ACFC Partnership Fee (20%): £436
-
Registration, certification and quality assurance charge: £50
-
Your Partner Delivery Fee: £1,694 per learner
With five Level 5 enrolments, this would generate £8,470 in Partner Delivery Fees, before your own business expenses and taxes.
Your income will depend on the number of learners you attract and enrol, along with your operating costs.
Beyond the financial opportunity, you'll also be helping to train practitioners who can go on to support children and families in their own communities.
Founding Partner Offer – Save 50% on Your Initial Licence
ACFC is inviting its next 10 approved Training Partners to join at a reduced initial licence investment.
-
Regular initial licence investment: £9,994
-
Founding Partner investment: £4,997
You can also spread the cost, with an initial payment of £997 followed by eight monthly payments of £500.
The standard 20% ACFC Partnership Fee and £50 learner registration, certification and quality assurance charge apply from your first enrolment. There is no fixed monthly management fee.
Could This Business Be Right for You?
You don't necessarily need previous experience of running a training business. ACFC welcomes applications from people with relevant professional or lived experience, a genuine commitment to ethical practice and a desire to improve the support available to children and families.
All prospective partners must complete the required suitability checks and receive approval. Any required professional training must also be completed.
If you're looking for a business that combines the opportunity to earn an income with the chance to help others develop valuable skills, an ACFC Licensed Training Partnership could be an opportunity worth exploring.
Build a business of your own. Help train others. Make a positive difference to children and families.
