ASC Hampshire, Dorset & Isle of Wight have helped another client purchase new commercial premises. After being referred to ASC by their accountant, they assisted Mark & Kelly of Pro Drainage Group Limited to purchase a larger property for their rapidly expanding business.
Dan and the team got straight to work on the lending proposal and, after presenting a range of options to Mark & Kelly, their clients chose the lender they wanted to proceed with. As ASC are independent of any lender, it is always the clients’ decision as to which lending terms are most acceptable. ASC then coordinated with the bank, ensuring they had all the required information to gain formal approval, before managing the valuation process as well. Their clients were able to concentrate on running their business as ASC also stayed in touch with their solicitors as the legal process moved forward, meaning the loan could complete as quickly as possible.
Dan and his team secured a loan of £336,000 for the client to purchase a Unit in Ferndown, at a rate of 3.10% over 5 years, via their property portfolio company. Their clients are now happily settled and operating their company out of their new business premises.
ASC’s role in the process helped to get the job done.

I joined ASC in 1990, first with just the Cornwall area, and then adding Devon as the opportunities became very quickly evident. During this time, I have seen many competitors come and go, to the point where our market expertise is unrivalled. I look forward to the next ten years.Conrad Robins - ASC Regional Director, Cornwall and Devon
The support offered throughout the process was impressive. I love being my own boss and know that my job and my future are secure. I have gone from being employed, to owning a growing business in an industry that I have a real passion for.Simon Mullens - ASC Regional Director, Hertfordshire
I left a senior position in a major building society because I wanted to take responsibility for my own business. Being part of ASC gives me the rewards for my own efforts and also the support from being part of a team.Ian Morgan - ASC Regional Director Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire
