Tom and Fran Maclean, business partners and husband and wife, are celebrating their achievement of running their own Pitman Training businesses for a landmark 30 years.

The couple’s unique approach to their own business has also been progressive, having readily embraced new technology that provides e-testing, online learning and digital marketing.

"We’re delighted to celebrate Tom and Fran’s success as they make such a prominent contribution to the network and business as a whole, in addition to having built up a great business in Scotland. Their business expertise, dedication as well as support from their family and staff are all fundamental elements that have motivated them both. We are extremely proud to have them on board."
Fran Maclean said:
"The Pitman brand has been trusted for generations and it’s fantastic to be able to still work within this British heritage brand that’s moving with the times. It has been imperative to have an open mind to developments within the business and to adjust to these and allow yourself flexibility as I think is one of our secrets to both mine and Tom’s success over the last 30 years and something I would recommend all business owners embrace."
