Each year, EWIF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) brings together outstanding women in the franchise industry to celebrate in their successes at their EWIF Awards, sponsored by NatWest.
Pitman Training are delighted to announce Nikki Haythorne, UK Franchise Sales Manager, is a finalist for the Young Woman in Franchising of the Year (under 30) category, sponsored by Caremark.
EWIF are a not-for-profit organisation, run entirely by volunteers and seek to support and encourage women in the franchise industry to increase their presence in a predominantly male sector.
Pitman Training’s Nikki has forged her career in the industry over the past 10 years, with 2016 being the year she became the 100th person to be awarded Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) Status for her knowledge, ability and commitment to ethical franchise practise and being true to form, she has gone above and beyond all expectations and continues to excel in all that she sets her mind to.
Pitman Training Group are all very proud of Nikki’s ongoing achievements and are delighted that her efforts have been recognised as a finalist in the NatWest EWIF Awards, alongside other outstanding women from the industry.
