InXpress has recently surveyed its customer base to understand how satisfied they are with the service they are receiving. The results are impressive!
The message is clear … the overriding reason that customers are turning to InXpress for their shipping requirements is all about the overall service that is provided. Other suppliers may have similar services but cannot compete with the high level of support they receive from the InXpress Head Office team and their franchisees.
Melanie Spencer, Global Head of Marketing:
"The survey results really show what InXpress is all about. We have built our business on amazing service and support through technology, our Head Office team and our network of dedicated franchisees. Training and technology developments will continue to move us forward and help keep us ahead of our competition."
Over the last few years InXpress has invested heavily in its online platform – WebShip - which provides an easy and efficient way of managing shipping activity. The investment is paying dividends as customer satisfaction levels keep rising. Its recent release allows for integration into many well know online shops to further improve the ease of use for customers.

I’ve known about franchising for quite a while and I’m reassured by the fact that 95% of franchisees are still in business after 5 years. New businesses often fail before the initial five years.Bill Carter, Liverpool franchisee since 2008
With InXpress you don’t buy or sell stock so the business has low overheads and you don’t lose money on damaged stock. You’re selling the services of world branded products and it’s much easier to sell DHL services than white van. E-commerce is booming at the moment because more and more people are now buying online.Craig Atkins, Reading franchisee since 2007
I chose to franchise with InXpress because it’s like someone’s got their arm around you. I also liked the fact that you didn’t need a lot to run the business. You can run it from home, an office or anywhere in the world as long as you’ve got an internet connection.Kully Sahota, Peterborough franchisee since October 2012
