Mark Burton joined Spoton.net in 2014 and tells us his story:
From an early age, Mark knew he wanted to own his own business. Despite studying business studies at college and university, he ended up working for a large blue chip company but his heart was never really in it - he wanted to be his own boss.
Mark’s previous job meant he had to stay away from home most evenings. It was only when he and his wife decided to start a family that he considered buying a franchise business.
“There was no way I was going to start a family and not be there to see my kids grow up, but starting a business from scratch felt like too much risk."
Spoton.net was the ideal business opportunity for Mark - it meant he could buy into a proven business model, utilise his digital marketing skills but without the need to spend night after night away from home.
Since joining the franchise back in 2014, Mark has become a father twice and couldn’t be happier.
"I can honestly say that I love doing what I do. I have to work hard but being able to spend quality time with my family is worth its weight in gold."
Having recently broken his own sales record by taking on seven new clients in a month, Mark’s client base is growing considerably. Mark is now benefitting from a large amount of client referrals which is testament to his hard work and the quality of the products he markets.

I decided to set up a Spoton.net Franchise because I wanted the opportunity to earn as much as I wanted, when I wanted and to be proud of what I was doing. I quickly realised that Spoton.net had a great range of products that would be easy to sell. I am finally doing something I really enjoy whilst helping small businesses in the process. It is a great feeling to know I offer businesses something no competitor can come close to!Helen Clarke, North Devon
After researching a variety of companies, it was Spoton.net that really appealed to me as viable and sustainable franchise business. Most of the other franchises I researched simply wern't commercially well-thought out and/or didn't have a range of products that I felt would be in high enough demand.Phil Revill, Nottingham
