"The first wedding we styled was in September last year at Wynyard Hall and it was beautiful. It was a last minute booking due to the bride being let down by another company and so we provided cream linen sashes, gold tea lights and cylinder vases with floating candles in them to sit along the top table and we were really happy with how it went. Most importantly the bride and groom were thrilled with how it all looked.
It really made us feel a sense of pride of what we had achieved when it was all set up and was excited and nervous all at the same time to hear what the bride and groom thought of it.

"The most important lesson we have learned this year is to not under value your items. It’s hard sometimes to know what price to put things at and to not be tempted to undercut your prices when you see other companies on social media offering what we like ‘to call too good to be true’ prices. We have to remind ourselves that we are providing a bespoke service and that our products are of a high quality. If there is one time that couples shouldn’t cut corners it’s on their wedding day, they don’t want to look back at it in years to come and regret anything about it. As we also like to say, buy cheap buy twice.
For the future, we would love to be the “go to” venue stylist company in our area, to have a very good reputation for keeping up with the latest trends and be always one step in front of our competitors. Even perhaps have to employ some Saturday staff to cope with the demand!"
