Our Partners

TFMC has partnered with The FD Centre to complement their services and our own. The FD Centre provides part-time Finance Directors for ambitious businesses across the UK by working closely with the managing director, existing finance director or finance team to deliver strategic financial support. This relationship brings many referrals to benefit our network and strengthens the client base of each office.

Within TFMC, there is The Online Bookkeeper (TOBK), The Local Bookkeeper (TLBK) and The Local Accounts Department (TLAD). Franchisees of TFMC will offer the services of each of these within their territories.

The Online Bookkeeper

The Online Bookkeeper is a unique and innovative service to help busy small business owners with the bookkeeping and financial management of their business whilst allowing them to focus on doing what they do best which is running their business.

This online brand fuses the talent within the network and sophisticated online accountancy software to deliver businesses with affordable access to a strong bookkeeping service in any location.

TOBK is targeted at businesses with an employee size of 0-2 employee.

The Local Bookkeeper

TLBK is a leading professional bookkeeping and financial management firm whose goal is to become the first nationally-recognised, bookkeeping and financial management brand across the UK. TLBK have the largest coverage of any bookkeeping and financial management firm in the UK.

TLBK offers five core professional services of bookkeeping, management accounts, credit control, payroll services and self assessment tax returns.

TLBK is targeted towards businesses with an employee size of between 2-9 employees.

The Local Accounts Department

TLAD provides professional accounting and financial management services to ambitious and fast growing businesses allowing them to become more responsive and achieve higher performance.

TLAD offers a tailored and local service that is committed to empowering clients and their businesses. The services offered are:

• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) – This service provides highly talented financial management professionals on a flexible and cost-effective basis.
• Finance & Accounting Process Outsourcing – This service allows businesses to release time and capital tied up in non value-adding activities by offering the opportunity to outsource processes whether it is a specific accounting process or a department of 30 staff. The Local Accounts Department goes beyond pure cost savings to offer processing excellence.
• Accounting Systems Consultancy – This service offers a business consultancy service on the introduction of a new system or training on an existing system. TLAD uses consultants within the network who possess a huge array of expertise in many market-leading accounting and enterprise resource-planning applications including Sage, SAP and others.

TLAD is targeted towards businesses with an employee size of ten employees upwards.

Training and Support

The Financial Management Centre Training

In the week before you launch your new business, TFMC will teach you about our values how to deliver our service and work to our tried and tested business model on a one week residential training course. This will leave you fully prepared to manage your leads, business and your staff. You will spend this week at a country house hotel with your expenses paid to facilitate your learning and build a relationship with other new franchisees.

You will receive training in:
