Your Role as A Franchisee

When a family or business suffers a disaster, emotions run high. ServiceMASTER is the company that will help to limit the damage and curtail the potential loss. Prompt cleaning following a fire or flood is essential if further damage is to be avoided. We provide

• Contents cleaning, the cleaning of non-structural items such as furniture, rugs, china, books and glass.
• Retufting, the reweaving of costly carpets following minor damage.
• Furniture Restoration heavily soiled and damaged upholstered furniture can be restored using advanced solvents.
• Water Damage, following water damage we will, extract, dry out using dehumidifiers and air movers, deodorize, sanitize and refit.
• Smoke and odor control, both wet and dry deodorizing is used to deal with any odor howsoever caused.

Could you be a ServiceMASTER Franchisee?

You will need to be motivated and committed to running a dynamic business. You will need to be well organised and be prepared to deal with many peaks in the amount of business, which manifests. You will need to be able to employ staff arrange sub contractors and hire in equipment. Due to the nature of the business it will be necessary for you or one of your staff to be on call 24/7. Investing In Your Future

There are two elements of investment for your new business:

The Franchise License, which includes a comprehensive training programme that involves pre-study, two weeks residential training plus one week practical training followed by launch assistance plus on-going support. A protected territory will be yours to grow a substantial business. £11,500

The Equipment Package, which includes all equipment and materials needed to operate the service from cleaning machines and products to stationery, business cards and software - in fact everything that a new owner will require. £13,125

ServiceMASTER reputation with the major banks means that subject to your circumstances only 30% of the above total needs to be found by you, the balance can normally be financed. Working capital will be allowed for with any future financial illustrations.
