Pyjama Drama

  Pyjama Drama Franchise

Pyjama Drama offers drama and creative play classes for two-seven year olds.

Our programme is unique and puts
children’s imaginations centre stage.

We all know how incredible a child’s imagination is – one minute they’re flying to the moon on a rocket ship, the next they’re sailing away on a pirate ship or chasing a dragon over the hills. If you want to work with the most creative little people on the planet then a Pyjama Drama franchise is for you.

What is Pyjama Drama?

Pyjama Drama FranchisePyjama Drama was founded in 2005 by Sarah Owen, a drama teacher who recognised the immense benefits that children derive from drama, movement, music and creative play. It was an immediate success in her local area and Pyjama Drama is now being delivered to hundreds of children, in towns all across the UK.

Not only has the entire programme been developed in line with the current requirements of the National Curriculum for England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales but it’s also lots of fun! Drama offers children the opportunity to develop a valuable set of skills – we call it the four Cs: creativity, confidence, concentration and cooperation.

All of our music, songs and session plans have been specifically developed for Pyjama Drama (none of it is ‘off-the-shelf’ library music) and this gives the programme added value that parents love.

What skills and experience do I need?

Our franchisees come from a wide range of different and varied backgrounds. As a Pyjama Drama franchisee you don’t need to be drama trained but being able to take on a role and enter into imaginary worlds is a must!
