Who do you think your clients would prefer to talk to, a person or a machine? Seventy percent of people we interviewed said they would prefer talking to a real person because they believed their conversation would be acted upon immediately. We tend to work mainly with professional companies for whom it is very important to create an excellent first impression on the phone. Your role as a Sales and Management Franchisee

Kendlebell Franchisor TeamYou will be the main point of contact for your customers – their Account Manager. You will liaise closely with the current Franchisee, whose team of PA’s actually services the client’s needs, to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for invoicing your clients for the services they use and for collecting their payment, typically by Direct Debit. You may help your clients in various ways but most of the service provision should be done by the existing PA’s working for the current Operational Franchisee. Your primary role is a sales one. It is your responsibility to meet new customers and introduce them to Kendlebell.

Return on Investment

In year 1 you should recover your initial investment and in year 2 you should earn between £25K and £30K. In year 3 this should rise to £40K to £50K. Thereafter you should be able to maintain this income stream and grow it further. You are building a business with a growing portfolio of customers and so you are also increasing the potential value of your business and you should ultimately be able to sell your business for the equivalent of two months turnover. Based on the figures above this would be around about £50K after three years of successful development work. We estimate that your £10,000 investment could earn you £250K over the six year term of your licence including the final resale value.
