Hunters Franchising

We formed Hunters 15 years ago with two aims in mind, to build an inspirational and aspirational business and to have great fun doing it. It is great to look at our company now and savour what we have achieved. But it is also tremendously exciting to look at the next 15 years and dream about what we can accomplish in the future whilst looking forward to the journey ahead.

From a cold start in 1992 (we really did paint our own shop!) our business has grown to be the 35th largest property services group in the UK. We now have Group and Franchised offices across the North of England and provide nine district services including Sales, Lettings, New Homes, Mortgages, Commercial, Overseas Homes, Surveying, Conveyancing and Property Auctions. Our company turns over £11m and our residential offices are some of the most profitable in the UK.

We have won over 20 major awards including the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For in 2005 and 2006 and Best Agent in the UK in 1999 and 2004.

Our dream is to build a national network of 1000 offices across the UK, and to realise our ambition of a Hunters on every High Street!

Because we have always wanted to recruit the best people to work for us (and not just the best estate agents) we have built a superb training academy and the best operations manuals, including DVD and internet based training modules, which can turn great people who have no experience into great estate agents. Our methods provide the best customer solution (95% customer approval) and the most profitable business model.

Through franchising, we can offer these systems and our secrets and techniques to our business partners, and this is why we believe that we have the perfect solution for aspiring business people. Training and Support

We will appoint you a highly trained and experienced Franchise Business Manager who will help you find the right location for your business. Once you have obtained the keys to your premises you will be assigned your Franchise Development Manager who will support and guide you through the next stage of developing your business. In particular they will assist you in:
• Recruitment of staff
• Marketing & promotion of your Hunters Franchise
• Training of yourself and your staff

During your first week of opening, your Development Manager will support you on-site by:
• Ensuring all systems are in placeHunters Manchester Office
• Setting staff targets
• Assisting you to develop a clear plan to target your marketplace

This dedicated support ensures that you can maximise your business potential and profitability as quickly as possible.

After the initial launch we will continue to support you throughout the lifetime of the partnership by regular:
• Branch visits
• Newsletters
• Awards programmes
• Tele-conference calls
• Email

Continued Training & Development

Each and every franchise will receive the very best training that the industry can deliver. Not only will you be assessed on completion of each course but our in-house trainers undergo external assessment themselves, to ensure standards remain as high as possible. After the initial roll out of the 30 training courses on offer, our trainers will visit you to help you build on lessons learned in the classroom.
