AGENCY EXPRESS is the UK’s only national ‘For Sale’ board company with a network of 96 franchisees.
The company was established in 1998 specifically to provide a daily ‘For Sale’ board service to the 18,000 estate agency companies in the UK. A market which is worth an estimated 20 million a year.
Today, the company works for almost 25% of all estate agency offices in the UK and currently conducts an average of 4,800 ‘For Sale’ board movements a day. The company also has franchisees in Ireland and further overseas expansion is planned. It is important to note that the business is largely unaffected by the ups and downs of the property market. When the market is depressed, there are obviously fewer properties coming on the market but a much higher percentage (over 90%) have a ‘For Sale’ board displayed.
The unique Agency Express Franchise Package requires an investment of £18,500 plus fully reclaimable VAT and includes;

- Public Liability Insurance (£5,000,000) – your first 12 months cover included
Ongoing support to franchisees is provided from the 2,100 sq ft Agency Express Head Office and is based within a converted rural school near Norwich, from where a large dedicated support team provide back up and support to the franchisee network. The profitability of the company is dependant totally on the success of its franchisees and assistance is only ever a telephone call away.
Over 50% of the business enjoyed by our franchisees nationally is with our large corporate customers and sourcing of national account business is a fundamental support function.
Whilst our unique SignMaster on-line board ordering system reduces your administration to a minimum, our Centralised Accounts Department takes care of all invoicing for you. They even chase payments for you, so you don’t have to worry about bad debt and leaves you the time to concentrate on building your business.
Each franchise territory is carefully designed to give you the maximum reward for your efforts and to enable you to put additional vans and employees on the road as your business expands. Ultimately, your earnings are determined by your own ambition and there is no upper limit!
During 2006/7 our top franchisees turned over in excess of £160,000, with many others exceeding £100,000 but an established single van operation should turnover in the region of £65,000 which, after expenditure should provide a net profit of approximately £45,000.
