Last year, Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) franchisee Charles Folkes was a finalist in the ‘Olderpreneur of the Year' category at the British Franchise Association awards. He was then awarded ‘Franchisee of the Year' at the annual Caremark Conference (pictured right).
