Virginia, who works on her own, has done extremely well in a short space of time through hard work and dedication. She approaches local businesses in her area and offers them the opportunity to promote their services on the digital concierge system in the main foyer area of the hotel. For the local businesses this is the first time ever that a major brand hotel has offered this facility and the guests have a ready made guide of what's on in the local area that they can easily understand, ranging from booking restaurants and taxis to health and beauty treatments and attractions in the area.
