Andrew explains "Of course I do have some relevant skills, but ten years in Expense Reduction Analysts have taught me to play to my strengths, and they lie in sales, client management and delivering the best service that I can. I am not an analyst, I don’t do number crunching – I leave that to the experts in those fields. So I guess you could say that this success has been down to all of us in the team playing to our respective and varying strengths."

"I know this award is about money – income achieved – but my philosophy has always been to chase success, to win good, new business, and to deliver on promises made. If you chase success in this way, then the money will certainly follow."

Andrew specialises in working with schools, mostly independent ones. "Schools are always under pressure to employ best practice, and we have had great results in working with them. In fact, I take my hat off once again to our analysts who have found some quite astonishing levels of savings for many of my clients."
