Caremark Stratford-upon-Avon is due to take over a large package of home care for the council and local NHS Care Commissioning Group.
Newly trading Stratford home care company, Caremark Stratford-upon-Avon is due to take over a large package of home care from a previous care organization.
The contract commissioned by Warwickshire County Council and local NHS Care Commissioners is due to start either late October or early November 2016 and will be for a period of 5 years, with a proposed 2 year roll on period.
The combined commissioning groups have awarded Caremark with approximately 500 hours of care provision per week delivering care at home with an option for greater uptake in the future and some provision of more intensive live-in care.
Mr Amarjit Gill, Managing Director of Caremark Stratford-upon-Avon said:
"We are delighted to be taking on this extra work and providing our personalized care service to our local community.
The next weeks will be taken up with recruiting extra staff who are passionate about care and fit our requirements. It’s a job with extraordinary rewards but is not right for everyone, so we are always looking for those people who really want to make a difference to the people they care for."
Caremark Stratford-upon-Avon is the newest of three offices owned and run by Mr Gill in the Midlands region, having an office in Solihull and an award winning office in Redditch.
