A thriving Warrington business is celebrating after being recognised for its customer service and reaching a significant milestone.

Oven valeting firm Ovenu Warrington has now received 3,000 glowing reviews and client testimonials from homeowners and business owners in the town, since it was established nine years ago.

Its experienced team of oven valeters, comprising Paul and Andrea Clark, has been highly praised for its exemplary level of customer care and premium quality service, which has made the company a household name throughout the town.

Comments from satisfied clients included:

  • 5 star. Top marks 10/10, Will book again
  • Brilliant job – no mess or disruption to kitchen, oven returned to new condition after 12 years!
  • Fantastic service, couldn’t have asked for more. My oven looks fab – I’m not ashamed of it anymore and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Very friendly lady and no mess or hassle at all – Thank you!

Paul said:
"I am absolutely delighted that the business has reached such a significant milestone and would like to thank each and every one of our loyal customers for their kind words and support over the years. I doubt many oven valeters in the whole country have reached such a feat, so it could very well be a ground-breaking record for Ovenu Warrington!

Andrea and I pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, which has been reflected in the positive feedback. We are now looking to build on this success and hopefully celebrate further milestones in the future."

Ovenu Warrington serves homes and businesses in the town, including Great Sankey, Culcheth, Burtonwood, Lymm, Stretton, Glazebury, Newton-le-Willows, Winwick, Birchwood, Croft, Chapelford Village, Woolston, Appleton, Grappenhall, Thelwall, Daresbury and all surrounding areas.

Rik Hellewell, managing director and founder of Ovenu, said:
"Paul and Andrea have worked tirelessly since joining Ovenu, in building up a strong customer base, and this latest recognition is fully deserved. I would like to wish them all the very best for the future."

Ovenu is a franchise network made up of more than 100 businesses owned by men and women working throughout the UK.

The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three to four hours and leaves the oven, hob and exterior in immaculate condition.
