Expense Reduction Analysts (UK & Ireland) continue to invest heavily in support services for their Consulting Partners. The latest exciting development sees four members of the Business Development Team qualifying as Performance Coaches, trained by the highly respected Performance Coach Training (PCT).
Graeme McKinnon, Commercial Director for Expense Reduction Analysts, explains, "When I decided to invest in developing our Business Coaching skills, I looked for a training provider with an outstanding reputation. Performance Coach Training (PCT) is a joint venture with coaching pioneer Sir John Whitmore's Performance Consultants International. Co-founder and Managing Director, Carol Wilson, experienced the value of a coaching culture first hand whilst working at board level with Richard Branson at Virgin.
