After 11 years of working as a primary school teacher abroad, 34 year old Vicky returned to teach in the UK. Having had a good living standard in Egypt, she was disappointed at the sort of life style that a teaching salary in England would support.
Vicky became a Silverdaze franchisee and found that she was immediately so busy with parties and sales that she had to reduce her teaching to one day a week. Vicky loves all aspects of the business, from making new friends and the social side of doing parties, to working with the jewellery, the financial rewards and having lots of time to indulge her passion for travel.
Question: What do you like most about being a Silverdazer?
Answer: I love the freedom and flexibility that my Silverdaze business gives me. The unique and stunning jewellery sells itself and the parties are great fun for everyone.
Croydon based Mandy left full time employment as a buyer for Superdrug, to have children and to be able to spend time with them in their formative years.
Having sold jewellery at parties herself, on a part time basis, she decided to take it a step further and become a Silverdazer, so she could take advantage of the extensive range of jewellery, the display and marketing tools and all the other benefits that come from operating under the licence of a successful franchise company.
Since joining Silverdaze, Mandy's business has grown rapidly, to the extent that she now employs three other women to sell for her. This year she aims to expand her sales team and develop her business into new areas. Joining Silverdaze has added scope to Mandy's business and she has become one of our most successful franchisees.
At the same time she has the life style she wants and plenty of time to spend with her three young children.
Question: What do you like most about being a Silverdazer?
Answer: "After thinking about this question for a short while, the answer is really quite straightforward - I love the Jewellery! It's as simple as that! Going to Silverdaze to buy it is like walking into a huge jewellery box, you just can't wait to see it! As for the customers, their reactions make you feel very proud. The best thing of all though is that the Jewellery is so gorgeous, it sells itself!!"
