Trophy Pet Foods Huddersfield is run and operated by Sue Heyer. Our aim is to give a personal, friendly service backed up by the best pet foods available. We are currently assisted by our two daughters, Megan and Erin.
All dog food is personally tested and given the ‘nod of approval’ by my two cross Collies, Charka and Kira.
The business is fairly new and has been operating, with the full backup from Trophy International, since March 2006. The approach we take is a ‘soft’ approach, no hard sell; we let the food do the talking by offering free samples and taste test trials.
Before starting with Trophy Pet Foods, I worked for a Personnel Recruitment Team and also in Telesales. I had always wanted to work with animals and Trophy has given me this opportunity, which I now realize I should have done years ago! After extensive research, I found Trophy to be a very good product, and also that it has the backing from Trophy in Oxfordshire. Not just a case of “you have bought the franchise, now get on with it” mentality, which a lot of companies do.
