Elisa Clark wanted an opportunity which included exercise
30-year old Elisa Clark has been running the Wellingborough Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Clubs franchise since 2002.
She had been made redundant from her job as a Personal Assistant and was looking for an opportunity which included exercise, as this was a major interest in her life. Since making the decision to become a franchisee with RCDFC, Elisa has found that her life has changed dramatically.
As a franchisee, Elisa says she now gets far more job satisfaction than she ever did before. Elisa loves teaching the classes and as well as running her franchise, she has recently been able to start a family. Her daughter Ella was born in October 2007 and, because of the flexibility offered by the franchise, Elisa, with the assistance of her three employees, has been able to continue offering 20 classes a week.
Elisa’s partner, Richard, has been of great support and is invaluable when helping out with the administration and bookkeeping for her business.
As a franchisee, Elisa says she now gets far more job satisfaction than she ever did before. Elisa is also earning significantly more and she has developed as a person. Elisa loves running the classes and whilst she used to be quite a quiet and shy person, she is now much more outgoing.
