After having a bad experience with a previous franchisor in a different line of business, I was acutely aware of the potential pitfalls and had a clear idea of the basic operational requirements needed to make things work. On My Doorstep ticked all the right boxes and it was clear from the outset that the Franchisor clearly understood how to run a successful franchise operation.

The franchise has been well thought out, the system well-designed and the operating tools, training and technical support are excellent. The whole thing works in a spirit of trust and mutual respect which makes it very easy to concentrate on the prime issues – growing and developing the business.

After 3 months of working in a business sector that was completely new to me, I have nothing but praise for the team at On My Doorstep – they have been patient and supportive, provided training and guidance, been open and consultative and, most important, allowed me the freedom and flexibility to develop and grow the business the way I want to do it.

The On My Doorstep franchisor clearly recognises that it is the franchisees and their entrepreneurial spirit that make it all work. Many Franchises seem to want to impose sets of rules, reporting structures and big-brother type interference, which tends to restrict this spirit. The way On My Doorstep has been set up means that franchisees can devote all their time and energy into growing the business rather than justifying it.
