I identify where they can develop their business and provide them with a clear programme to enable them to move their business forward. This allows us to put in place a positive list of development directions that enables the Client to logically develop their business, step by step.

Most clients have never looked at how to construct business development and by drawing this to their attention makes them realise that this is fundamental and important. Providing a list of the core areas for business development is an eye opener for many clients.

The realisation that the development of their businesses nearly always means converting themselves from 'Hands on' to 'Entrepreneurs' is the primary benefit identified by clients in my experience.
