OVENU’S FRANCHISEE TRAINING RECEIVES ISO ENDORSEMENT

Ovenu, the UK’s leading oven valeting franchise, has been commended for the quality of its franchisee training programmes through the awarding of a respected independent quality stand. The UK and international franchise operation has achieved certification to the coveted ISO 9001:2000 (ISO 9000) quality standard by demonstrating its management systems and continuity of high levels of franchisee training. This independent assessment was conducted by the British Accreditation Bureau, the UK’s leading Certification Body and demonstrates commitment to customer service and quality. Ovenu has now earned the right to display the coveted British Accreditation Bureau ‘Quality Shield’ and ISO 9000 logo to demonstrate its conformity to the standard.

Alongside Ovenu’s full membership of the British Franchise Association and its support of the body’s commitment to ethical franchising, the ISO 9000 certification represents the company’s ongoing drive to raise its own standards and improve the public’s perception of the franchising industry.

Ovenu puts all of its new franchisees through an intensive week-long training programme to not only deliver professional oven valeting instruction, but also to help them understand the business model, how to market it and how to maintain and exceed levels of customer service.

In 2005 Ovenu invested in a specialist training centre at its head office in Wokingham, Berkshire to service its network of more than 100 franchisees and a continuing stream of new franchisees. The centre also welcomes master franchisors and franchisees from Ovenu’s international master licences in the United States, Australia and Europe.
